Altruit Health Care is committed to supporting individuals at risk of institutionalization to live independently in their community. We provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as help with cooking and cleaning, escort to social activities, and the pursuit of happy and healthy living.
Requirements for Applicants
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license/state
- Must have a valid I.D.
- Must be a high school level or with GED certificate
- Must pass the background check
- Criminal Background Check
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Completion of New Employee Orientation
- Read and Write in English Fluently
- Negative TB Test

When it comes to COVID-19, we know the stakes are far higher for senior adults, particularly those who have underlying chronic health conditions.
Altruit emphasized to seniors that the best way to exert control over their lives is to continue to practice social distancing, handwashing, and to maintain an adequate supply of food and medications, preferably using delivery services that will bring them to the home.
We encourage them to care for themselves through diet and exercise, and to take medications as prescribed.
Each and every one of our clients and caregivers depends on us to lead happy, healthy lives. We take that responsibility seriously, and it’s created a family like culture of togetherness.
